Galaxy Sound Studios are located 30 minuets north of Toowoomba, Queensland Australia, just off the New England Hwy.situated on 10 acres of bush land hidden behind the Geham State Forrest along the edge of the Great Divided Range. A relaxed and inspiring atmosphere provides a pleasant environment for you as a musician, producer or engineer to create and record your music.

Galaxy Sound Studios owner Ray Johnson has over 30 years music industry experience, touring all over Australia and New Zealand as a professional drummer. Our goal was to build a studio that is designed for recording bands and solo artists without the limitations that can affect a suburban studio.

 We can operate 24 hours a day if needed. We offer Toowoomba and The Darling Downs a professional level recording and video production studio. If you are serious about your recording then a Pro Tools HD recording facility should be your studio of choice. Our acoustically designed and treated floating isolation rooms have been built with the musician in mind.
